HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT/RETAINER FEE?DEPOSIT: A $30 (for services less than $200) or $50 (services $200 and up) NON-REFUNDABLE FEE is required to secure your appointment .

WILL MY DEPOSIT BE REFUNDED IF MY STYLIST CANCELS MY APPOINTMENT?Absolutely! If your stylist cancels your appointment due to an unforeseen circumstance your deposit will be refunded to the original form of payment on file.

I HAVE AN EMERGENCY I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND MY APPOINTMENT CAN MY RETAINER FEE/DEPOSIT BE TRANSFERRED TO MY NEXT APPOINTMENT?You can use the same deposit to reschedule your appointment as long as you try to reschedule at least 72 hours before your appointment within 30 days (from the day of rescheduling)

CAN I PAY MY DEPOSIT THROUGH CASHAPP, VENMO, ZELLE?Unfortunately, we only accept deposit deposits through card payment (with the exemption of flat rate Wednesdays)

HOW CAN I PAY MY BALANCE ON THE DAY OF APPOINTMENT?Balance is preferable in CASH but you can pay with your card, with an additional fee of $9

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GANZA STYLIST AND INDEPENDENT STYLIST?A Ganza stylist is an employee of Hairleganza Beauty Bar while an independent stylist makes their schedule, and has control of their booking policy etc
