HairLeganza Beauty Bar Salon Policy
At Hairleganza Beauty Bar, we are committed to providing a seamless and luxurious salon experience.
To proceed with booking, you must read, understand and agree to the salon policy.
BOOKING & RETAINER FEES
1. Retainer Fee Requirement: We require a retainer fee to secure all appointments. The retainer fee ranges from $30 to 20% of the service cost and will go towards your total payment.
2. Retainer Fees Are NOT Refundable.
3. To secure a slot, the retainer fee must be paid.
If multiple individuals are interested in the same slot, the first person to pay the retainer fee will be allocated the slot.
4. Slots will not be held without a retainer fee.
5. Hairstyle, color, length, or size cannot be changed after booking.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
- Hair is included with all styles except crochet styles, Extension services.
- Hair must be at least 4 inches long all around. If unsure, book a consultation.
- Arriving with hair shorter than 4 inches will result in a cancellation and a 50% charge of the remaining balance.
- Hair must be freshly washed, oil-free, and product-free.
- Hair must be completely blown out and detangled unless the detangling option was selected during booking.
- We do not service kids under 6 years old. Kids' services are for ages 6-11.
- VIP members will enjoy perks based on their package.
- The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
- No extra guests allowed.
- One parent is allowed to sit with a child during their service.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment to apply the same retainer fee to the new date. Otherwise, a new retainer fee will be required.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS
1. If you are running late, please notify us.
2. We will hold your slot for a 15-minute grace period.After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled, and you will be charged a 80% no-show fee.
No-Call, No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in an 80% charge of the service fee. May also result in restrictions on future bookings at our discretion.
This keeps it strict while allowing some flexibility in case of disputes. Let me know if you want any further tweaks!
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
1. Balance is due in cash only
2. Payments are NOT refundable.
3.Prices listed online are subject to change at any time. However, appointments that were booked and confirmed prior to any price change will be honored at the original rate.
SALON ETIQUETTE & POLICIES
1. No extra guests are allowed in the salon.
2. Children are not permitted unless they are being serviced.
3. Service times vary—please be prepared to sit for the full duration of your appointment.
4. We will try our best to get you out in time, please don’t rush your stylist.
5. Photos & Social Media: We may take photos/videos of your hair for promotional purposes. Let us know in advance if you prefer not to be featured.
LOYALTY PROGRAM & REFERRALS
1. Only one discount or special can be redeemed per appointment.
2. Earn one point per visit when checking in on our iPad. Points can be redeemed for service discounts only. No cash or product redemptions.
3. Refer a friend using your unique referral code and earn rewards when they book a service.
4.We reserve the right to withhold reward points if we suspect misuse of the loyalty program.
