Pre-Order Policy

• Pre-orders are available for all items that are not Ready-To-Ship.

• Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellations or refunds.

• Pre-order items will be shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.

• Pre-order items may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Pre-order items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

• Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• We offer shipping to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

• Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

• We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping.

• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

• Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and handling.

• Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

• Pickup is available for select items. If an item is eligible for pickup, you will see the option at checkout.

• All pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving the pickup confirmation email.

• A valid ID and order confirmation must be presented at the time of pickup.

• If the order is not picked up within 7 days, it will be canceled without a refund.

• Pickup orders cannot be modified or changed once placed.

• If you are unable to pick up your order, you may authorize someone else to do so by providing their name in advance.

• By selecting pickup at checkout, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges.

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
